RE: Civil Rights Abuses and Cold Case Murders Ignored by Law Enforcement – Urgent Request for Presidential Review and Justice

Dear President Trump,

I am writing to you as both a concerned citizen and a survivor of repeated traumatic crimes, on behalf of the voiceless victims whose cold-case homicides, disappearances, and human trafficking events in Irving, Texas and surrounding regions have been ignored and mocked by current law enforcement officials.

This letter introduces the attached COLD CASE file, which contains witness statements, clinical corroboration, victim summaries, and other materials I previously emailed to Irving Police Chief Derick Miller. Chief Miller reassigned the matter to Sgt. Jeremy Hummert, a known family member of mine, who then reportedly instructed my relatives to tell me that he and fellow detectives 'laughed' at my report, and to stop sending my Cold Case Requests since he would not be investigating any of my victim sheets—despite clear evidence of repeated, violent crimes and unresolved victim deaths.  Four of these victims’ bodies were found on the same street within 12 months of each other while three of them were abducted from the same place of employment where my mother Glenda Shelton worked alongside them all within the same year, all they need is a simple payroll check to locate names and confirm dates of disappearance.

A Miscarriage of Justice – and Civil Rights Abuses

Sgt. Hummert's actions—refusing investigation due to personal ties and issues from long ago that I had with his Father Mark Hummert who has recently passed and publicly mocking my attempts to report decades-old murders—violate not just ethical policing standards, but the civil rights of both the deceased and surviving witnesses. His comments were made with the full knowledge that I am disabled, physically and mentally as I am diagnosed with Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD) with dissociative amnesia, and that I currently live with family members in a vulnerable housing situation. I believe his aim is to discredit, isolate, and stress my support system, to deter me from further whistleblowing.

This is not just neglect—it is systemic re-traumatization and retaliation against a civilian seeking justice, and a deliberate obstruction of truth in cases where young women were trafficked, tortured, murdered, and disposed of in unmarked graves or ravines close to DFW airport.  I believe this family member is using her current status of power to hide the past crimes of his family members to avoid embarrassment which would harm his pride.

CPTSD and Dissociative Amnesia Are Real

I have been diagnosed by multiple licensed professionals with Complex PTSD stemming from repeated sexual abuse, captivity by known and unknown assailants, witness to abductions of females along with their homicides, and building close intimate bonds with the abducted held at the house and then having to watch them being disposed of. beginning in early childhood. As a known neurological response to prolonged trauma, dissociative amnesia often suppresses traumatic memories until the brain is safe enough to process them. This is not a defense mechanism of choice—it is a hard-wired survival response, recognized by the DSM-5 and leading trauma clinicians worldwide.

When I regained my memories in 1997 and began compiling detailed records of what I had seen—victims, locations, identifiers, body disposal sites—I sent everything I could to law enforcement agencies local, state and federal, hoping to spare even one family the sense of being forgotten.  I would watch as these families and loved ones would protest outside the house of hate on Twin Falls Street when I was small since the neighborhood knew who had taken their loved ones.  However, I witnessed the police being paid many times at the house of hate and now know, it was intended to gain protection from those families and from the prosecution of these crimes by using the police for illegal means.  Instead, of finding Justice I was ridiculed and dismissed.

Request for Presidential Attention and Action

Mr. President, I know your administration values justice, law and order, and restoring dignity to those who have been forgotten. I am asking for the following:

1. Your direct awareness of these civil rights violations and neglect of unsolved murders tied to sex trafficking networks in Texas.
2. A public inquiry and referral of this file to a non-local, independent federal authority—including the FBI, Texas Rangers Cold Case Unit, Attorney General’s office, Department of Justice or a Special Counsel who is not personally connected to the Irving PD.
3. Recognition that my disability status entitles me to reasonable accommodations, including trauma-informed handling of evidence and communication via secure, non-retaliatory channels.  With the acknowledgment that I am physically disabled and rely on crutches to become mobile.  I require disability aids including but not limited to padded chairs with additional cushions and back support if expected to stay seated for longer than a few minutes.  Access to a fully functional bathroom at close proximity that meets up to date disability requirements.
4. That these crimes be investigated and resolved during this presidential term, as a show of commitment to protecting the most vulnerable Americans from institutional betrayal.

Justice Delayed is Justice Denied

The people whose lives were stolen, the girls who vanished without names—deserve better than laughter from those sworn to protect them. I may be a disabled civilian without rank or badge, but I speak with the clarity that comes only after surviving a past filled with homicidal occurrences—and choosing to return with the truth from the promise land that therapy provides.  The greatest achievement in my journey toward functional living will be when I know that these remains have been sent home and returned to their loved ones.

Please help right this wrong. Let this letter and file be the first step in turning silence into accountability.

Thank you for your leadership and commitment to truth.  Please assign this task to your daughter Ivanka and have her bring the Missing and Murdered Unit to Irving Texas.  With scientists to test the last known burial and dumping sites for usable DNA.
