Dear Special Agent Mason:

I am asking the FBI to independently receive and preserve my cold-case material and determine whether any of my reported details correspond to existing missing-person, homicide, recovered-body, medical-examiner, school, or law-enforcement records. I understand that you previously had contact with material concerning my situation; if you are no longer the correct agent, please route this package to the proper unit and tell me in writing where it was sent.

I live with Complex PTSD and dissociative amnesia. My accounts arise from traumatic memories and later documentation. I do not ask the FBI to accept every recollection as fact. I ask for objective comparison against records, maps, dates, rosters, autopsy descriptors, property history, and independently located witnesses. The accused persons in my narratives are deceased; the living family member discussed below is not accused of the underlying killings.

 

Why I am requesting federal intake now

·    Reported conflict and intimidation. My second cousin, Sergeant Jeremy Hummert, whom I understand to be associated with the Irving Police Department, reportedly communicated through family members that I should stop submitting victim sheets, that my cases would reach his desk and not be investigated, and that submissions were laughed about or discarded.

·    No independent disposition known. I have not received a case-by-case written intake decision, preservation confirmation, recusal notice, supervisory review, or outside referral for the material at issue.

·    Disability access. I am homebound and request a written, trauma-informed process. Email is my reliable communication method; do not list or use a phone number.

·    Purpose. My goal is to identify victims, recover remains where possible, and provide families with answers and a lawful burial—not to direct field activity myself.

Important status notice: Every event description in this package is an allegation or recollection supplied by me unless an agency record independently confirms it. This document is an intake aid, not a finding of guilt.

 

 

CIVIL-RIGHTS, CONFLICT, AND RECORDS-INTEGRITY CONCERN

A request for evaluation—not a legal conclusion

On or about September 22, 2025, I was reportedly told through immediate family members to stop sending information. I was also told that my second cousin said the submissions that I emailed to chief of police Derick Miller came to his desk, would not be investigated, were laughed about, or would be thrown away. I cannot independently verify the precise words or what happened inside the department. The family relationship, alleged control over intake, and reported discouragement nevertheless create an actual or apparent conflict that warrants external review.

I recognize that disagreement with investigative strategy, by itself, is not a civil-rights violation and that law-enforcement agencies retain discretion over resources. My concern is narrower: whether a related official used authority, access, ridicule, threats of non-investigation, selective treatment, disability bias, or destruction/suppression of records to deter lawful reporting or prevent neutral review. I request that the FBI and, if appropriate, the Department of Justice evaluate whether verified conduct implicates federal civil-rights, disability-access, retaliation, obstruction, or records-integrity law. I make no final legal conclusion.

 

Requested safeguards

·    Recuse Sergeant Hummert—and anyone acting under his direction—from intake, classification, deletion, closure, disposition, or referral of my submissions.

·    Issue a preservation request for every victim sheet, attachment, email, web-form submission, call/intake entry, access log, deletion log, note, internal message, routing history, and disposition record associated with my name, email addresses, or cold-case submissions.

·    Identify who received, accessed, discussed, forwarded, classified, rejected, altered, closed, or deleted each submission and preserve the applicable retention schedules and backups.

·    Interview separately the family members who relayed the alleged stop-reporting statements; compare their accounts before any joint discussion.

·    Provide an independent written channel and a tracking or reference number for each lead set; acknowledge receipt and state the receiving unit.

·    Provide reasonable disability accommodations: written questions, advance scheduling, breaks, a support person if permitted, and no unannounced home visit.

·    If credible evidence of retaliation, records tampering, discriminatory denial of access, or obstruction is found, refer it to an agency without the family conflict and notify me of that referral to the extent permitted.

·    This family member has poisoned the pool of clarity, tipped the scales of justice to his favor, and made the tree of knowledge bear poisoned fruit.  The Irving Police Department has allowed corruption to sew dissention into its rank and file.  It is now a cistern of intermingled self-righteous narcissism led by one morally dysfunctional man whose family benefited from these ill-gotten gains and is purposely benefiting himself through his disingenuous reminiscence of family conduct and heirloom traumas.

Lee Britain Elementary / Irving ISD	Five-person cluster reported in my writings: a deaf-education teacher, a student teacher, an older front-office worker, a young Hispanic/Mexican female associated with the cafeteria parking lot, and the missing mother of a boy in my kindergarten class. Search 1970s staff/payroll rosters, abrupt payroll endings, student-teacher placements, front-office and janitorial rosters, Deaf Education program records, police visit/canvass logs, memorials, CPS records, and living employee/student witnesses. These identities and linkages are unverified.
Twin Falls — five recovered bodies	See page 4. Four victims were described in my April 15, 2025, coroner request. A fifth was described as a white/blond girl, about five, reportedly shot once in the torso in the front yard during the mid-to-late 1970s and removed by responders. Search Irving/Dallas County homicide, EMS, hospital, funeral, burial, and medical-examiner records.
Pineville, Louisiana child/female lead	My narrative places one or more young girls—some estimated at 8–10—in a rural feed-store/farm/wooded creek setting during an asserted “Pineville murders” period. Exact parish, road, date, and victim identities remain unresolved. Compare only after geolocating the feed store, creek/flash-flood terrain, rural residences, fire records, missing children, and recovered remains.
Weatherford, Texas leads	Structured sheet: woman approximately 25–30, winter in the 1970s, exterior bathroom behind a general store on or near Palo Pinto Drive, reported stabbing. Search Parker County law-enforcement, medical-examiner, hospital, newspaper, business-directory, and property records. Other Weatherford references require individualization before linkage.
Cul-de-sac dumping-ground map	A separate mapped disposal-area claim described in my materials as a cul-de-sac dumping ground. The present index does not establish a reliable municipality, street, date, or coordinates. Please preserve it as an unverified map lead and geolocate it before any case linkage or field action.
DFW ravine / wooded disposal area	My Lee Britain writings also describe a ravine or wooded DFW-area disposal location. Treat this separately from the cul-de-sac lead until maps and historical aerials establish whether they are the same place.

Triage principle: search historical records and identify a matching official incident first. No excavation, witness contact, public accusation, or media release should occur without law-enforcement control and corroboration.

April 15, 2025 Dallas-area coroner request — four reported recovered victims

1	White male, about 15; official Boy Scout shirt and shorts; drainage ditch by Twin Falls and behind Thomas Haley Elementary; reported head trauma and drowning.  His official boy scout shirt was left at the house of hate.
2	White girl, about 4, possibly named Rachel; brown shoulder-length hair; pajamas and bare feet; same drainage area; reported missing after nighttime bedroom abduction; possible drugging or asphyxia requires records review.
3	Hispanic toddler, about 2; same drainage area; reported head injury on a jagged rock; possible burns or other injuries noted in records.
4	White male, about 20–25; brown curly hair, sunglasses, muscle shirt/shorts; white left-arm cast extending above elbow and looping thumb; alley off Twin Falls by chain-link fence; reported upper-back/left-shoulder stabbing.
5	Separate later sheet: white/blond girl, about 5; front yard on Twin Falls; reportedly one gunshot to torso, witnessed by mother and older sister, and removed by emergency personnel in the mid-to-late 1970s.

Requested comparison: Dallas County medical-examiner/coroner indexes; Irving, Dallas Police and Dallas County Sheriff reports; EMS and hospital transport; funeral and indigent/potter’s-field burial records; archived newspapers; and missing-person reports. “Recovered” and cause-of-death descriptions remain my recollections unless matched to official records.

 

REQUESTED FBI ACTION AND ENCLOSURE INDEX

A narrow, testable path to confirmation or exclusion

I respectfully request that the FBI:

·    Assign a conflict-free intake official and provide one written reference number for this package plus sub-identifiers for each lead set.

·    Preserve the local submission trail and assess the reported interference/civil-rights concern described on page 2.

·    Run the Twin Falls five-person descriptor search and the April 15, 2025, coroner-request comparison before broader behavioral linkage.

·    Obtain 1970s Lee Britain Elementary/Irving ISD rosters and payroll data, identify the five reported persons if possible, and locate living witnesses through official channels. Use social media and local news outlets.

·    Refer the Pineville lead to the appropriate Louisiana field office or state/local agency for geolocation and missing-child comparison.

·    Refer Weatherford/Parker County material and the cul-de-sac/DFW map leads to the proper jurisdictions after coordinates are validated.

·    Tell me in writing which items were accepted, referred, retained for intelligence, or declined—and the reason that can lawfully be disclosed.

Closing request

My CPTSD and dissociative amnesia make this work difficult, but I have continued to organize memories into victim sheets, maps, timelines, and contact records so they can be tested. I ask for a neutral review that can confirm, exclude, or redirect each lead. My deepest request is that any identifiable victims be returned to their families and that these questions be addressed before I die.

Please acknowledge receipt by email, preserve the records described above, and send written questions in manageable groups. I will cooperate within my disability limitations and will correct any detail shown to be inaccurate by reliable records.  I request that if you have questions as to my mental state that you send an independent forensic psychologist to interview me at my home since I cannot travel due to my diabetic feet.
