REQUEST FOR CORONER REPORT 2025

Subject:           Information pertaining to cold cases from the early 1970’s in Irving Texas

            I am requesting a records search for a victim of homicide.  This body would have been found by the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office and The Dallas Police Department.  I assume that the collection of this murder victim was assigned to the Dallas County Coroner since the other departments that arrived for investigation resided in Dallas County.

            This body was a Caucasian male about the age of 15 who was found in a drainage ditch adjacent to Twin Falls Street and behind the Thomas Haley Elementary school.  This victim would have been collected wearing their Official Boy Scout shirt and shorts.  The cause of death would have been blunt force trauma to the head along with drowning.  The lungs would have contained the liquid from the drainage ditch.

            I am a witness to this event and watched my father lure this boy into the house, attack and beat this boy with his fists, and then drown this young man in that drainage ditch.  The two aforementioned law enforcement agencies both arrived and had an eyewitness to this event that was later recanted once threatened by my family.  For my mental health I need to resolve this issue and then direct law enforcement to additional bodies that were not collected by authorities.  Other cases will be included in this request, and all had my parents as the highest ranked possible suspects.

Victim 2:         A small Caucasian girl of maybe age 4 whose name may have been Rachel.  This victim was kidnapped the evening before her discovery and thrown into the drainage ditch located in the same area.  She would have been reported missing since she was abducted at night through her bedroom window.  She was discarded with her pajamas on her body and her feet bare.  She had brown shoulder length hair and seemed small for her age.  Her cause of death could have been one of two things.  First a possible overdose so that she would be compliant when abducted, I believe the housekeeper or nanny was involved in setting this abduction in motion.  The second could have been asphyxiation since my father held his hand tightly over her face as he came out of the bedroom window and brought her to the car.  Again, law enforcement showed up at the door to our house and tried to ask my parents questions and neither would comply.

Victim 3:         Hispanic toddler maybe age 2 due to his ability to say some words.  Thrown into the drainage ditch while alive.  I watched as his head hit a jagged rock and burst open.  Then I ran after my parents as they ran back to the house.  This happened in broad daylight and someone from the neighborhood followed us home.  The same Law enforcement agencies showed and this time they took my father away.  It was a day or two before he returned home.  He had been severely beaten to the point that the soles of his feet were black, and he defecated blood throughout the house spontaneously.  My guess is that an attempt was made to make him confess and it simply didn’t work.  That Hispanic toddler had been dropped off at the house by his parents, I assume for babysitting.  I watched both my parents take drugs and then their behavior changed.  They both hit, kicked, and burned this child with a lighter.  Meaning that in your autopsy report such marks may have been noted. 

Victim 4:         This victim was a Caucasian male approximately 20-25 years of age.  He had a white cast on his left arm that went from above his elbow to loop over his thumb.  He had brown curly hair and was wearing a muscle-style shirt with shorts and sunglasses.  This victim was attacked by my father as he walked down twin falls and was chased off twin falls and into an alley adjacent to that street.  This victim died primarily from a stab wound to his upper back around the left shoulder.  My father chased him for several yards and continued to stab at him.  This victim may have several knife wounds due to the continued attempt to attack him.  This man fell dead in that alley next to a chain link fence that he had attempted to gain a hold of to balance.  My Father was injured in this attack and was taken for stitches.  When we returned home, law enforcement cars were parked up and down our street.  My mother drove away before they spotted us, and we slept in the car for several days.  Then we snuck into the house through the backyard after parking the car in the apartment complex.  Law Enforcement continued to wait outside, and they knocked at our door several times a day and attempted to look through the windows, then one day they were gone.  My parents never turned the lights on, and all our meals were served cold out of cans.  Why they chose not to cook I am unaware.

            These are the cases that I know had their bodies collected and a law enforcement response.  I was too young to understand why all these police officers and sheriffs showed up at our house but as a child I thought it was the neatest thing and marveled at all the badges.  The abuse in that house was tremendously intense and due to that my mind coped by creating dissociative amnesia that’s part of my complex post traumatic stress disorder.  These are your cases, and you will have their files in your storage.  Please take the time to retrieve these cases and if you need to hand them off to Law Enforcement that works for me.  These four cases are the tip of the iceberg and once I can prove their existence to Law Enforcement then they will allow me to show them where the others are buried.  This is all about closing cases for loved ones who would like to have these cases solved before they die.
