REQUEST TO ANYONE WHO CAN AND WILL CHOOSE TO HELP 'SEND THE DEAD HOME'

“I sat in the car for hours while he stalked intended victims,” Joy alleges of his biological father, who he prefers to call by name. For now, we are calling him Richard. “Much of my early childhood was spent with him doing said activities because a man with a child was less threatening than a man all by himself.” Joy was just three or four years old when those drives through the Dallas-Fort Worth area began. Now, almost sixty years later, Joy and I connect on Reddit, where he hopes to get citizen detectives interested in his childhood memories—memories so traumatic that he is still in the midst of a decades-long healing journey. Not a sleuth myself, but inspired by Joy’s tenacity and strong sense of justice, I offer to write an essay that hopefully garners attention surrounding his claims that both of his biological parents committed evil, criminal acts but were never arrested because of their relationship with an Irving police officer. He alleges that the couple exposed him to acts of planned and random violence—crimes so heinous that he would not remember them for over twenty years. He would be diagnosed with dissociative amnesia, an often trauma-induced dissociative disorder that impairs the ability to recall important information or events,¹and post-traumatic stress disorder, or PTSD. Joy alleges that he confronted Richard and his biological mother, who we are calling Gail, about his memories later in life. He states that Richard, sweating and stuttering, admitted, “Yes, I did things like that.” But Gail never confessed, and both she and Richard have since died. Joy is not out to smear their names or hurt anyone’s feelings. But he feels strongly that there are surviving victims’ loved ones who deserve true, complete answers, even if it requires an uncomfortable review of Irving’s past police force.

Joy recalls many scenes of violence, many victims. But he has remembered so much that it can be overwhelming. Joy acknowledges that some readers will struggle to understand dissociative amnesia; even in scholarly circles, there is confusion and debate about the condition and the quality of these recovered memories.²But most health care providers accept that dissociative amnesia is a real possibility, especially in extremely traumatic cases like Joy’s. Providers acknowledge that because dissociative amnesia is misunderstood, it is likely

underdetected.³Joy is confident his diagnosis—and his memories—are correct. And others are, too. When the memories came back to him, he soon reached out to law enforcement. And then again, and again. For years, no one took Joy seriously, perhaps in part because of misunderstanding surrounding dissociative amnesia. So he has armed himself with letters from his psychologist, two licensed professional counselors, a licensed master social worker, and his former lawyer—who would later become an assistant district attorney. Dr. E., a licensed clinical psychologist, writes that she believes Joy indeed witnessed his parents commit “heinous crimes” and thus suffers from PTSD. Counselor F. states, “It is evident from our sessions that he has ongoing struggles with flashbacks, dissociation, and amnesia”; Counselor R.’s assessment of and statement regarding Joy is similar. Social Worker A. says that they have known Joy for thirty years, describing him as “a credible person who wants to do what is right and help families that may have been victim to one of the many crimes that he has witnessed.” And finally, the would-be assistant district attorney says, “Having a personal knowledge of Mr. H., I do not believe that this [information] is being provided in order to waste time.” Still, law enforcement has shown no interest in Joy’s information—and he has a lot to share.

In 1999, Joy began remembering—and writing. “I have kept excellent records of what I have recalled in my flashbacks,” he asserts. His records are indeed impressive; he shares a spreadsheet with me, where he tracks the details he remembers about each victim and what happened to them. He points me towards the victims that he has pointed law enforcement towards since 2000, those that he feels someone might recognize. Joy is certain that one victim, an approximately sixteen-year-old, athletically-built female with curly blonde hair, is surely remembered by someone who attended MacArthur High School in the 1970s. The young woman had a red, varsity-style sport jacket, and Joy infers that because of her jacket and build, she was likely a student athlete or cheerleader at the local MacArthur High School. “Surely someone would remember a student athlete disappearing on a day with enough sleet to sled,” Joy says. School had been cancelled that day, and Joy suspects that the girl was somehow lured to their family home. Joy alleges that she was restrained, beaten, and tortured by both Richard and Gail, the latter of whom was a teacher and a female sexual predator; researchers have found such female aggressors are not as rare as you

might think.⁴Joy recalls that an approximately thirty-year-old male, who was tall and had dark hair, later arrived at the house. In the living room, he gave cash to Richard and Gail, then slung the victim, bleeding from a head wound, over his shoulder and left. Joy asks readers who attended MacArthur High School in the 1970s to jog their memories. Does this missing person remind you of a classmate?

Gail, who taught at Lee Britain Elementary School in Irving, was hunting for some of their victims there, according to Joy. He remembers Gail hand drawing a map to a coworker’s home and giving it to Richard, who then went to abduct the approximately forty to fifty-year-old female. She was knocked unconscious, dragged out of her home, placed in the trunk of Richard’s car, and driven to a heavily wooded ravine near DFW. She was severely beaten and finally died of a knife wound. Another female, who was in her twenties and wore short brown hair, was kidnapped by Richard at Gail’s direction. Gail promised the woman a ride home from Lee Britain, but in the empty school parking lot, she was beaten, subdued, and put in the trunk of Richard’s car. Joy also recalls a similar abduction of an eight to ten-year-old Latina girl following an after-school activity. Joy does not know what happened next in the latter two cases; Richard would sometimes leave with the victims. But surely a spate of missing persons cases connected to the same elementary school can be identified, right?

There are three other victims that Joy points towards, who could be connected to each other based on where their remains were left. Joy’s childhood home is found in Irving’s Espanita neighborhood, tucked behind the Irving Mall.

He says that three victims—including a toddler-aged Latino male and a slightly older Caucasian girl— were disposed of in a drainage creek there. But for now, we want to focus on one victim who Joy recalls well, and someone we think can be identified by a member of the public. “It should be easy to trace an active Boy Scout who was killed in his uniform,” Joy explains. He remembers the blonde, short-haired Scout knocking on the door for an unknown reason and being greeted by Richard, who invited him to sit on the couch and chat. Richard disarmed the approximately twelve-year-old boy by making small talk about Scouting, but the visit soon turned sinister. Richard tried to kiss the boy, who was startled and made a dash for the door, but he was easily overpowered. Richard beat the Scout until he was nearly unconscious and then led him to the primary bedroom; Joy infers the boy was sexually assaulted based on the sounds coming from the room. At one point, Richard left the bedroom to go to the garage, and

the victim bravely made another escape attempt. “This young man was able to get up and escape and run across a street and down a dirt alley,” Joy recollects. But again, Richard was right behind him, and this time, he didn’t get away. Richard and the boy found themselves near the drainage creek, which Richard used as his murder weapon. He cruelly drowned the boy in the shallow creek and left him there.

Perhaps Joy’s story is partly difficult to believe—even for contemporary investigators—because it would be nearly impossible for such a brazen offender to skate by in today’s society. But in the 1970s, investigators simply had less tools available to them. Consider that there were no CCTV or personal security cameras in neighborhoods. They could not comb through electronic devices like cell phones or computers. Blood typing in forensic investigations was just gaining traction in 1971. The FBI didn’t create the Automated Fingerprint Identification System, or the consolidation of known criminals’ fingerprints, until 1977.⁵DNA evidence did not debut in the courtroom until 1986 and was not widely admissible until the Supreme Court’s 1993 ruling in Daubert v. Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals.⁶Those who would have investigated Richard and Gail were limited by this historical context. They had no choice but to rely on less technical, inherently flawed human-centered investigation techniques, such as interviewing potential perpetrators. And according to Joy, law enforcement was indeed interested in speaking to Richard and Gail. Joy recalls officers once taking Richard in for questioning. He also remembers a police officer and detective coming to their home to question the couple; later, at least two in-depth searches of the house took place with about six uniformed officers and a detective. Joy was a child and in shock; he did not interact with the officers but remembers Richard and Gail being evasive. But the couple was likely unphased by the buzzing police presence. Joy alleges—with great hesitancy—that Richard “always had police on the payroll.”

Joy fears that by asking the Irving Police Department to examine their former officers’ misconduct, they will never investigate the crimes he remembers at all. “Since 2000, I have been in touch with one law enforcement agency or another,” he explains. “What I keep running into is that detectives want the name of the victim. I have been told that there are no open missing cases from the 1970s or 80s that match the information I have provided.” But if the allegation about law enforcement bribery is true, it could explain why investigations into Richard and Gail stalled and why victims are not easily linked to the pair. Were

cases improperly closed—or worse, linked to an innocent person—to cover for them? Joy remembers Richard giving uniformed officers cash on multiple occasions. But one Sergeant of the Irving Police Department, who we will call Sergeant Doe, was particularly close to his neighbors, Richard and Gail. From what Joy has pieced together, he believes that Richard and Richard’s brother, an attorney in Texas, cozied up to police to facilitate silencing witnesses and perhaps human trafficking. Joy recalls that Sergeant Doe “participated in kidnappings and disposals of bodies for a fee because he, too, wanted to be in the trafficking business.” He remembers the Sergeant and Richard “discussing how to handle complaints made by women and their families, as well as Richard’s right to refuse interrogations.” Interestingly, an undated newspaper clipping preserved in the city’s online document archive proves Sergeant Doe worked on missing persons investigations, commenting to a reporter about a case involving a missing young woman from Dallas. Joy believes Doe was critical to Richard and Gail’s criminal schemes and likely tampered with files. Should someone be examining past convictions or otherwise closed cases for links to Richard and Gail? Joy implores someone in law enforcement to take a closer look. He also asks web sleuths to explore convictions pertaining to Dallas-Fort Worth murders in the 1970s and 80s; have any convicted persons asserted their innocence, and could those cases be linked to Richard and Gail?

Joy’s story—at least on the surface—may seem improbable. But when we consider the historical context of these accounts and investigations, and perhaps interference from law enforcement itself, we realize it is not impossible. In fact, there are likely other people out there like Joy who have similarly awful, maybe even dissociated memories about crossing paths with serial killers. Some readers may see parallels between Joy’s story and that of April Balascio, who led investigators to her father and serial killer, Edward Wayne Edwards, based on childhood memories. Edwards, like so many other serial killers, became active in the 1970s. The decade prior, about 217 of these offenders committed their first murder; in 1970, that number jumped sharply with approximately 605 killers beginning their evil pursuits, and these numbers did not begin to wane until the 2000s.⁷

With these facts in mind, Joy implores that people believe him—even if it’s just for a bit—and do some investigating of their own. He believes that a social media push could be critical, especially in online forums of potential victims’

classmates. If you were a MacArthur High School student in the 1970s, do you remember a blonde, female classmate disappearing near a snow day? Or perhaps you were acquainted with Lee Britain Elementary School, where two adults and one child were abducted from. Does a former Boy Scout recall the tragic death of a peer? I am not sure how to concisely condense over twenty years of struggle, but I will do my best. My whole life I have struggled through a very abusive family, I knew to a degree how abusive they were but not regarding me. It wasn’t until 1997 when I began to have flashbacks about just how violent they could be toward their own child. I confronted both of them separately, my father laughed amazed that I could remember so much from such a young age. My Mother grew very angry and denied nothing her only reply was that it was all my father’s idea. They were divorced and my Mother often tried to blame my father but my father always owned up to what he did if he knew you couldn’t do anything about it. In 1999 the flashbacks changed and in December of that year I had my first memory of my Father murdering a teenage girl. Since this saga began, I have kept excellent records of what events I have recalled in my flashbacks.

As the flashbacks grew from abuse toward me and into murder and torture of others I had more intense questions for both my parents. My Father said, ‘yes, I did things like that’ he was sweating profusely and stuttered when he spoke. My stepmother told me to leave their house and then all contact was stopped in regard to having discussions with my father. The conversation with my mother did not have such a confession, she blamed me for being a bad kid and that all of this was in the past. Both are deceased now but there are still loved ones who must be alive for some of these victims. It is for them that I continue to attempt to get these cases solved.

What I have compiled for you is only the cases that I feel would be easy to solve. Some of these victims simply came into contact with two homicidal people. Others were abducted from the businesses these two visited and schools where my mother worked as a Teacher. There were also times when I did not know where these victims came from, they simply were brought to the house while I was there, or they were restrained or dead inside the house and I saw them for the first time. For some of these victims I witnessed abduction, murder, dismemberment, and disposal. I do not know what would be left in black clay after so many years, but the soil may hold some DNA. Even if body parts are not collectable, I believe some surviving family members would like to know what occurred and where their loved ones’ final resting place was.

Since 2000 I have been in touch with one law enforcement agency or another to get someone to help me. What I keep running into is that the Detective wants the name of the victim. I was very young, and I never heard names mentioned thus that information is not contained in my flashbacks. What I have been told recently is that there are no open missing cases from the 1970’s and 1980’s that match the victim sheets that I have provided. I believe that these victims were not listed as missing people. In the case of the teenage jogger, they believed my parents’ story and not the teenage brother who had been jogging with her. It’s a strong possibility that they blamed him and thus the case wouldn’t have been filed as missing but under some other heading and then classified as closed. I also remember that several different types of cops showed up at the house during investigations in the 1970’s. Some officers had blue uniforms and others had brown while a few times plain clothes officers were mixed in with the uniformed officers. I recently had some new flashbacks that involved a teenage cheerleader, from what I have deduced since at the house while she was on the floor there laid a red high school sports jacket that I had never seen before, and I feel was connected to Mac Arthur High School. Another involved a boy scout about 12-15 years old who was lured into the house on twin falls. His body was found in the drainage creek close to the house. Officers in blue and tan uniforms showed up and pulled my father out of the house for a witness ID. Another recent flashback involves a child aged 3-4 who Robert kidnaped and in the course of this action somehow killed her, when attempting to revive her he called her Rachel. He then threw her body into the same drainage ditch but on the other side of the street than the Boy Scout. Law enforcement also found a toddler’s body in the same drainage ditch and took Robert in for questioning. A man with a cast was located stabbed in the back close to the same drainage ditch. Then there are the three victims that disappeared from Lee Britian Elementary in Irving Texas while Glenda worked there, two of those involved law enforcement investigations. There are disappearances of Highschool females in Irving that are traceable. Many Mexican illegal aliens (maybe not appropriate usage for a descriptor but that’s what we called them back then) were taken victims they only spoke Spanish, the only lead I can offer for them is that they attended the catholic church in Irving close to 183.

The reason that these cases have lingered, and no information is located has to do with a twofold situation. First is that Robert always had police on a pay role, I witnessed many times envelopes of cash being handed to uniformed officers that dropped by the house or met us at restaurants. The main recruit that was used the most and at the house often was Seargent Jim Alford from the Irving Police this officer also participated in kidnappings and disposals of bodies for a fee and because he too wanted to be in the trafficking business. The second person involved was my Uncle Joe who was an Attorney in the state of Texas. I remember many times Robert and Uncle Joe discussing how to handle situations of complaints made by women and their families as well as his rights to refuse interrogations. Uncle Joe would feed Robert information about what had been developed and if necessary, more people would disappear. I sat in the car for hours while he stalked intended victims, much of my early childhood was spent with him doing said activities since a Man with a child was less suspect than a Man all by himself. I feel that all these cases need a social media push and emails sent to class reunion sites to see who remembers these events. A cheerleader actively participating in sports and disappearing on a day with enough sleet to sled and an active boy scout who was killed in his boy scout uniform, then add a kidnaping with a victim’s name that may have had media coverage, dead bodies found close to the house and Robert being taken in for interview, along with three disappearances from a school Glenda worked at that occurred while she worked there and had police investigation involvement, should be easy to trace. Apologies for repeating but I don’t want these obvious and traceable events to be missed.

I hope that you choose to help solve these cases even though there is no one to prosecute. I am old now and disabled I actually draw a disability check, also food stamps along with meals on wheels. Those close to me are watching my decline and are afraid that I will die soon. I have received texts and phone calls concerning this fear recently and consequently have had dreams about dying myself. Thus, I feel that I have to give up my anonymity and try again to reunite the lost with their loved ones. I am available for interview whenever you need me but please note I am very physically limited and cannot get around without crutches and traveling too far is very painful for me, so maybe a phone interview.

It is Happy and my flashbacks continue, I now have memories that concern missing children from both Lee Britain elementary and Thomas Haley elementary. Added to this are incidents that occurred with people who were employed at Irving Mall businesses. They will have records allowing us to locate their employees that lived close to the geographic circle of his target range. Along with this list is another young lady who disappeared after her shift from Bonanza steak house. These added to the abduction from next door combined with various neighborhoods in Irving Texas. Please let me know when you can begin to process these cases and send the missing home.

CONCERNING: Most Recent Flashback Data

I am sending this most recent flashback that occurred today in session with Dr. Erica Crawford. It is unclear if this victim died of accidental drowning or by intentional foul play on the part of the man that I assume is the child’s Mothers Boyfriend. This Boyfriend lived with the Mother and Daughter residing at 4109 Twin Falls in Irving Texas around the late 1970’s or the early 1980’s. I believe them to have been renters of this house since this house had frequent renters and people moved in and out often. No resident stayed longer than a few years it seemed, and the residence had periods of time when it was empty.

My biological parents became involved in this incident when my bio-Father inquired about the screaming from the other side of the wooden divider fence. I too had walked from around the front of the house to see who was making these sounds. I stopped in my tracks between the two houses of 4105 and 4109. I witnessed bio-father telling the distressed bearded man to “hand her over”. The man complied and my bio-father accepted her body and placed the small blond headed girl into a hole that he had dug. Her body began to disappear into the earth as bio-father knelt and re-positioned her and applied pressure to her remains. Dirt was kicked into the hole as the shovel added the largest clumps, this was followed by bio-father stepping and stomping the swollen earth down with determined intent.

There is more to this saga and additional evidence was provided through the flashback. However, I wanted to focus upon what can easily be proven. Residence of this women and her child will be in records of the owner of this house at that time. This in turn could have been provided through IRS records. Bio-father owned a blue van with an extended nose at this time as well, he sold and bought vehicles often. Police and a detective, who acted as if he knew my two biologicals, arrived, and tried to take statements. The two bio’s worked in tandem to thwart this attempt and gave extraordinarily little to the detective. I assume these where Irving Police, but I did not interact with them and was in shock during the time they were in the house and could not respond. As many as six uniformed officers entered the house with the detective on two separate searches. The first search was quick and the second involved a focus with flashlights and magnifying glasses where they centered their focus upon all doors in the house and the door frames. My two biologicals had advised the bearded man about what to say and not to leave their house. The man stayed until the Police had driven away, the bio’s encouraged him to leave town.

I am available for further discussion through my Attorney Elisha Hollis whose email is attached. Please understand that I have severe PTSD and currently I am physically limited to requiring crutches. Travel is difficult thus face to face interviews will need to be conducted at my attorney’s office. Please complete this investigation, I have no recollection of a previous flashback where I knew the address of the victim. I am asking for your discretion and to advance this case through research and conclude upon a victim name prior to contacting the biologicals. If they are aware of an investigation, I have strong concerns about them committing suicide, they both have threatened this before and see this action as their solution to avoid accountability. I am Brian Bryanson, I suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Dissociative type, due to an intensely abusive childhood. With this condition comes vividly graphic flashbacks. For several years, I have had remembrances of violent crimes committed by my parents. I am reporting one of these crimes to your agency in hopes you may be able to match it to a cold case. If you connect these events to a crime on record, I will make myself available to you through my attorney, a letter from whom I am enclosing.

What I have included consists of:

1. Copies of the actual journal entries in which I processed out my flashback imagery

2. Victim sheets that break down what occurred to each individual

3. A timeline where, to the best of my ability, I depict the sequence of events

I have done my best to present to you a case in the easiest manner that I could create. I hope that it gives you the available information you will need to locate it in your archives. Please note that if you need my assistance, I need to speak to someone trained in how to speak to a person with PTSD, as imagery and descriptions often trigger episodes. (Even certain words are triggers, one of which is my birth name. I go by the name "Happy," and I hope you will use this name in any communication with me.)

This flashback involved seven people, who I assume where of the same family. Five of these were abducted together at the golf range and the additional two came to save the initial group. All the bodies were left at the secondary scene under tree limbs and brush.

The abduction took place at the:

The car and van from the secondary scene were relocated within walking distance, but I do not have a bearing for that.

TIMELINE CONCERNING 1506 THRU 1512

A) Mother stops at Irving Driving Range for directions to DFW airport. She is in a visible panic and has a strong sense of urgency

a. Mother attacked and pushed back into her Van and beaten viciously upon face and head with full weight of offender upon her torso.

b. The offender throws me into Van atop the Mother after beating me in the head with closed fists.

B) The offender drives the Van down a dirt side road from the golf range exiting onto a paved road that feeds off of the highway service road.

a. Offender travels a short distance before taking a right turn, I could hear what sounded like tree branches breaking and the van bumped up and down and side to side vigorously until it came to a sudden stop.

b. Mother was unconscious but breathing. The offender pulled me out of van and tossed me into the thicket I was semi-conscious. Offender strangled the Mother using a scarf she was wearing and left her for dead.

C) Another car pulls up its dark, but its silhouette is that of a large sedan and the engine is loud but purr’s like a luxury model. There is a man who is approaching the van and calling out a name.

a. The offender is gone from view, the van light is on as he has opened the door, but I cannot see the offender anymore.

i. The man has the voice and movement of an old person and the kids inside are calling out. The wind in gushing through in waves and I cannot hear them. The offender is upon the man, and he is pulled back into the thicket further than where I am laying.

D) The woman from the car approaches and all is silent. She too is calling out and when she reaches the van the children say many things and I can see their hands and arms reach out.

a. The offender is upon her, and she is below him and the offender is attacking with fists upon her face and head while sitting atop her torso.

E) The offender is now attacking the children

a. 1509 is first, details are on the victim sheet (cannot bring myself to write this twice)

b. 1510 follows

c. 1511 is next

d. 1512 is the last

F) Mother is dragged first behind the van then each child is carried in the offender’s arms and placed behind the van

a. The Offender runs over them several times

G) The old man is up and no longer has his cowboy hat nor his western shirt on his person. He is trying to attack the Offender; the Offender beats him unconscious

a. The old man and old woman are laid further down and run over by their car. The old man regained consciousness and was yelling as the car went back and forth over the two of them.

H) The offender relocated the Van and Car

a. I remained semi-conscious in the thicket

b. Someone with a spotlight and loud CB radio drove by and shined their light into this area

i. I could see the illumination across the limbs and trunk of the trees. I believe that both cars had been removed at that time.

The following articles have been prepared by me to enable you to match these victims to your ongoing investigations. They pertain to three red headed young girls who I assume are sisters who were murdered by Robert Shelton in the mid to late 1970’s. Due to their ascents, I am assuming that they were from another country and either were visiting family here or had just moved here from a foreign land. They were playing around a street called Calgary Court West when I came across them and they began to throw berries at me and then the middle one chased me to my house. The littlest one followed trying to find her sister and then the eldest or at least the tallest followed and was calling out trying to locate her two sisters. This will be the first time that I have mentioned the name of Sgt. Jim Alford who is to the best of my knowledge is a retired Irving Police Officer. I am very fearful that mentioning this name will close the investigation due to your desire to stop moving forward. I am currently in deep stress about this decision, but I found it necessary since if he is the retired individual offering you advice when you reach out then that relationship will need to end. I ran away from them in two prior occasions after I had gone to pick berries, they were laughing so loud and I thought that they would alert the man who I had gotten berries from and he would yell at me. The third time the middle one chased me. Also, in this episode I remember how Robert positioned me in the garage to obscure the bodies and allow the girl to be lured in deeper. Thus, once again I was used by them to harm the innocent.

Today I have felt great that shot in my back has really helped. I am moving around faster and quicker than before. My PTSD is low anxiety almost got me last night, but my cognitive skills saved me. I have sent an email to Det. Bah and the others and this is the first time I let them know about Sgt. Jim Alford and I am still worried that having to research one of their own may stop their progress and leave things where they are. I am hoping that that they can make progress and resolve these issues and then I can have some type of new life. It would just be the greatest if this could all just end and my life would stop being such a roller-coaster. I bet that it doesn’t I bet that some new flashback will occur and then BAM off to the races and then finally maybe that will be it that will end this and I can be free.

To Detective Bah:

It is my understanding you were provided some information about several cold cases by Brian Happy Bryanson. Mr. Bryanson is a client of Dr. Erica Crawford, licensed clinical psychologist in Texas. He receives psychotherapy services for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) related to complex trauma he experienced throughout his entire childhood both at the hands of his parents and by witnessing heinous crimes they committed. The purpose of providing this information to the Irving police department was to give details about crimes committed by Mr. Bryanson’s parents and witnessed by Mr. Bryanson in hopes that closure on some missing persons cases could be made for some of the grieving families. This information was also supplied to the Texas Rangers who are doing their own investigation. It is Mr. Bryanson’s request that you would refrain from interviewing his mother and father or other family members at this stage of the investigation. Based on past experiences, Mr. Bryanson has valid fears of retribution from his family should they find out he has provided this information to the Irving police or Texas Rangers. Furthermore, it is my clinical opinion that if you insist on continuing this path to interview Mr. Bryanson’s parents or other family members at this time, it will create an environment which may lead to menta instability for my client. He has worked hard to obtain stability. PTSD symptoms such as flashbacks, derealization, panic attacks, insomnia, and mood instability can be debilitating when active. At this time, Mr. Bryanson has found reconciliation with his past traumas and is able to live a mentally stable life with focus on work and his chosen family. Fear of retaliation from his family would likely result in the return of debilitating PTSD symptoms due to a legitimate fear for his life and safety. Therefore, in my clinical opinion, any interviews with Mr. Bryanson’s parents or family members should be delayed as long as is possible, and only if evidence is recovered sufficiently to convict them. Mr. Bryanson has expressed he is more comfortable with the Texas Rangers managing the investigation and the Irving police providing the Texas Rangers with any information they request. Should you have any questions, please relay them through Mr. Bryanson’s attorney, Elisha Hollis.

Hello again Detective Bah, I hope you had time to read the book that I had mailed to you.

Earlier this year the Depravity scale and Geographical profiling are helpful tools when outlining. What you’re looking for. I have included two additional books that I believe will help you in your ongoing considerations related to the cases that I have informed you of. The first Murder in the Bayou by Ethan Brown will outline a way a cold case can be investigated. I found this Author to be top of his game in his associations with law enforcement and his surgical skill I in keeping details pristine. He covered a great deal of interrelated communications both verbal and written and managed to be concise and absent of contamination. My suggestion would be to read this book first in my experience it helps to create a mental matrix that the following book can be analyzed by.

The second book that I am including is entitled You Think You Know Me by Ryan Green

opened a thought process that I had not considered in some time. My biologicals were

prevalent from the U.S. Mexican border through all the states that share a border with Texas. I

believe that once you begin your investigation that it will become abundantly clear that their

patterns fit other unsolved cold cases and those perhaps would have received some form of title

that would embody that specific number of victims. I hope that you choose to reach out to me,

and forward movement can begin. Please keep this between my Attorney and your office for

now, I truly have CPTSD and stress is a difficult thing for me to handle.

CONCERNING: Most Recent Flashback Data

I am sending this most recent flashback that occurred today in session with Dr. Erica

Crawford. It is unclear if this victim died of accidental drowning or by intentional foul play on

the part of the man that I assume is the child’s Mothers Boyfriend. This Boyfriend lived with the mother and Daughter residing at 4109 Twin Falls in Irving Texas around the late 1970’s or the early 1980’s. I believe them to have been renters of this house since this house had frequent.

Renters and people moved in and out often. No resident stayed longer than a few years it seemed, and the residence had periods of time when it was empty. My biological parents became involved in this incident when my bio-Father inquired about the screaming from the other side of the wooden divider fence. I too had walked from around the front of the house to see who was making these sounds. I stopped in my tracks between the two houses of 4105 and 4109. I witnessed bio-father telling the distressed bearded man to “hand her over”. The man complied and my bio-father accepted her body and placed the small blond headed girl into a hole that he had dug. Her body began to disappear into the earth as bio-father knelt and re-positioned her and applied pressure to her remains. Dirt was kicked into the hole as the shovel added the largest clumps, this was followed by bio-father stepping and stomping the swollen earth down with determined intent.

I am available for further discussion through my Attorney Elisha Hollis whose email is

attached. Please understand that I have severe PTSD and currently I am physically limited

requiring crutches. Travel is difficult thus face to face interviews will need to be conducted at

my attorney’s office. Please complete this investigation, I have no recollection of a previous

flashback where I knew the address of the victim. I am asking for your discretion and to advance this case through research and conclude upon a victim name prior to contacting the biologicals. If they are aware of an investigation, I have strong concerns about them committing suicide, they both have threatened this before and see this action as their solution to avoid accountability.

Today was the lunch where I was hoping that many answers would be determined. However, it didn’t happen the writer was exhausted, and others had been plagued by the Delta variant, excessive work schedules and workloads. The consensus was that the contract will take more time and no actual writing will begin until the contract had been signed. That’s fine but I was hoping to be a little further along by this time. I am hoping that this can be completed by the end of year meaning proof reading and all. It seemed to be an issue concerning whether or not to let Det. Bah know about Sgt. Jim Alford since he could use this to shut down the investigation. This is something that I have always feared but he has mentioned that he speaks to retired Detectives and asks them for input. Just what if he is actually talking to Sgt. Jim Alford or someone that fell in alignment with him as to see the scope of Police work through the same eyes. I think that there is more that can be gained than risked by trusting Det. Bah. This is an exhausting endeavor and trying to not only speak for those that have been murdered but forgotten and, what I am assuming to be true, hidden from discovery. This last three victims sheets where very difficult and since they sounded like they must have been from a different country I could imagine how easily they could be defeated, the cops strong armed them and then they just give up and go home. I am at a loss as too how such a significant event could be hidden so well for so long. Except that along with helping hide the bodies the aid was extended to a cover up which Sgt. Jim Alford would have needed to play a role in since it benefited him and he probably had no idea when he answered the call that the abduction had been so proximal. The stress here is unimaginably high and intense beyond compare to other like situations. A lot of the cases have the similar attributes but do not contain all of the same related prongs so to speak. I hope this ends soon and I can just go on with life.

There is more to this saga and additional evidence was provided through the flashback.

However, I wanted to focus upon what can easily be proven. Residence of this women and her

child will be in records of the owner of this house at that time. This in turn could have been

provided through IRS records. Bio-father owned a blue van with an extended nose at this time as well, he sold and bought vehicles often. Police and a detective, who acted as if he knew my two biologicals, arrived, and tried to take statements. The two bio’s worked in tandem to thwart this attempt and gave extraordinarily little to the detective. I assume these where Irving Police, but I did not interact with them and was in shock during the time they were in the house and could not respond. As many as six uniformed officers entered the house with the detective on two separates searches. The first search was quick and the second involved a focus with flashlights and magnifying glasses where they centered their focus upon all doors in the house and the door frames. My two biologicals had advised the bearded man about what to say and not to leave their house. The man stayed until the Police had driven away, the bio’s encouraged him to leave town.
