JOURNAL ENTRY FROM : COLD CASE CLASSIFICATIONS 'BOYS SCOUTS MIXED CRIME SCENE' 2026

 

Having supported both sides of these differentiating viewpoints I believe that this one incident falls into the mixed category.  It is not that the offender was completely organized in his flow of progressive stages, in fact each stage evidenced strong signs of disorganization.  That stream of victim attainment, execution, and disposal was an impromptu plan of attempting to handle a highly aggressive victim.  Who possessed a fortitude that the offender had not calculated for.  However, the offender’s response to each challenge was based on a selection of proven reactions that he had practiced before.  Hence forth I believe that when weighed these facts would support an organized manifestation of assault, but a disorganized scene had law enforcement been able to search it.  The offender had the skills to manage the unexpected, but the blood and clothing of the victim still occupied the residence.  The unexpected met with the limitations of the investigation and consequently identified the offender while at the same time creating the loophole that he used to escape prosecution.  An organic mix of seeds and compost that led to no harvest.
